All wedding celebrations will take place at the Chautauqua Harbor Hotel so there is no need to travel between locations. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30 pm, followed by cocktail hour and the reception. If you wish to stay at the hotel overnight, there is a block of rooms available. Please see the Travel tab for more information!

Semi-formal, but dress comfortably. You're going to want to be able to dance the night away! Please bring a jacket as the ceremony is scheduled to be outdoors in October.

Check to see if an additional guest note was included with your invitation. If you want specific clarification regarding bringing a guest, please reach out to either Shane or Vanessa.

Of course! We would love for your children to celebrate our special day. However, keep in mind that the event is an evening wedding with an open bar during the reception.

Dinner will be served buffet style. Choices include: Salad, Ratatouille, Mashed Potatoes, Tortellini with Vodka Sauce, Caribbean Pork Loin, Herb Crusted Veal, and a carving station of Roast Prime Rib. There is a kids menu selection for children 12 and under. Please fill out the RSVP form accurately to indicate those choices. There will also be fruit, cheese, and appetizers served during the cocktail hour and don't forget cupcakes for dessert! If you need any dietary accommodations, please indicate those in the notes section of the RSVP form.

Please complete and make any necessary changes to your RSVP form no later than September first.
