Ceremony: Cities Church has street parking all along Summit Ave. There is a smaller parking lot on site, but please allow yourself extra time as it will fill up quickly. Reception: Kellogg Ramp #150 (129 W Kellogg Blvd, St Paul, MN 55102) is directly next to the reception space. Parking is estimated at $15. There is street parking all around Rice Park, as well.
