Our Wedding

Wed love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Please no jeans/denim, t-shirts, shorts, and leggings. Also, please avoid all shades of white!

What is the dress code?

We are only reserving space for those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your wedding invitation as "and guest." Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children or the phrase "and family" for those invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

Are kids allowed?

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all cell phones and cameras be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, we will put on a show and let you take pictures before we walk back down the isle!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Yes! The drinks are on us. For this reason we strongly encourage you to plan ahead if you might get a little tipsy. After an amazing day, we want all of our loved ones to get home safely!

Will there be an open bar?

There will be an after party at the Grouses Nest located conveniently next to the ballroom! Drinks will be on you but the party doesn’t have to end when the reception does!  This will start at approximately 10p. With the reception being done around 9:30.

Baroni/Shindel Room Block Whoever is calling to reserve within the room block will have to call the main phone number: (814)946-1631. The caller will then provide their arrival and departure dates, then will have to inform the front desk agent that they are with the room block to secure the rate! The hotel will email them a confirmation!
