Ricardo and Veronica met February 27, 2012 the day before Ricardo turned 23 years old. They met on a Monday night in Brooklyn. He never forgets what she first wore the day he first saw her and she never forgets those cool grey 11s on his feet that caught her attention. Two weeks later he texted her intrigued of what she might be like. She took some time to respond but little did she know her life would change forever. They dated for four months before Ricardo asked if she would officially be his girlfriend on August 7, 2012. That year 2012 Veronica turned 21 and it was a summer she would never forget. Ricardo finally knew in his heart he found the one. That summer they were inseparable, two young adults deeply in love running through New York City. Their LOVE grew stronger and their bond got deeper she couldn't be without him and he couldn't stand to live without her so he moves from Brooklyn to Queens following his heart. They welcomed 2013 together in a studio in Queens and took their first vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic where Ricardo introduced Veronica to his whole family and culture. Veronica was already in love, she couldn't believe how lucky she was to find her prince charming. That same year they ended the year by Vacationing in Cancun, Mexico where Veronica fell in love with the beach and its beautiful shades of aqua blue. Ricardo promised her they would come back in the future but little did she know they would be back to get MARRIED! 2014 was filled of LOVE and there was a lot of tough times because they aren't perfect well NO ONE IS, but those tough times only made them STRONGER! Ricardo taught Veronica that when you really love someone you just don't give up and she loved him more than anything so she never gave up. 2015 was filled of BLESSINGS and trips to Ecuador, Dominican Republic and even Las Vegas but now going to 2016 that was a special year for them. Ricardo told Veronica he wanted to spend his 27th Birthday in Dominican Republic so they flew out and the day before his birthday Ricardo reminded Veronica thats it has been 4 years since they first met and he wanted to celebrate by taking her to one of her favorite restaurants in Dominican Republic called Boca Marina it was a beautiful Saturday morning and Ricardo told her to get ready as they had a special date night. Veronica and Ricardo headed to Boca Marina at 7pm and there awaited a beautiful table and roses leading a pathway to a private table they ate lobster and drank wine and thats when Ricardo reminded her how much she meant to him. He said things he's never said before like "I've never been this happy before" and "I know in my heart you were meant to be my wife" Veronica started to cry because her heart was so filled and because she's a CANCER, we all know how emotional those CANCERS can be. He then asked someone to take a picture and thats when he asked his best friend if she wanted to marry him, Veronica said "YES!" and it was a vacation to remember.
