When will the invitations be sent out?
We are planning on sending out the invitations by May 1st.
What is the deadline for the RSVP?
Once you receive your invitation, please RSVP by June 14, 2019.
Can I RSVP via email, telephone, or online?
No, guests are required to RSVP by mail.
If I am unable to attend, do I still need to return the reply card with “decline to attend”?
Yes, it is essential in planning for the ceremony and reception. Every invited guest must respond by accepting or declining the invitation. Please return your RSVP card by mail with your name(s) and “decline” checked on the reply card.
What should I do in the event I can't make it?
As soon as you know your plans have changed and/or you are not able to attend please notify us so that we can make any necessary changes as everybody is accounted for.
What if I move before the invitations are sent out?
Please notify Veronica as soon as possible so the invitation gets sent to the right address. Otherwise, the invitation will be sent to the same address as the save the date.
May I bring someone that is not included on the invitation?
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions.
Can I bring my children?
We love all of your children, but we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 4:30 PM so we recommend arriving between 4:00 PM – 4:15 PM.
Is there free parking at the venue?
Guests who are staying the night will have to pay a $5 fee when they check into their room. Guests not spending the night will not have to pay a parking fee.
What is the attire for the wedding?
We recommend cocktail attire. Although the couple wants everyone to be comfortable, please no jeans, shorts, t-shirts, or sneakers.
When is the earliest I can book my hotel room?
You can book your hotel room as soon as you would like.
What is the check in and check out times for the hotel?
Guest accommodations will be available at 3 P.M. on the day of arrival and reserved until 12:00 P.M. on departure day. Any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.
Will there be alcohol?
Yes. There will be a 4 hour premium bar (closed during dinner) which includes liquor, beer, wine, champagne, soda, and juice. A signature drink of choice will be displayed during cocktail hour.
What if I have a certain dietary restriction?
The venue is very accommodating to any dietary restrictions. We will be including a place on the RSVP for guests to include any dietary restriction they have, but you are more than welcome to contact Veronica ahead of time with any restrictions you might have.
Can I take pictures at the wedding ceremony?
No. We ask that everyone refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony since we have hired professional photographers to capture the moments for us. However, you can take photos during the reception. Please be mindful of the professional photographers if you choose to take photos during the reception.
Can I request a song at the reception?
Yes. We will be including a place on the RSVP for guests to request a song they would like played at the reception.
How do I make sure no one else buys the same item as me on your registry?
Mark the item as purchased in order to prevent someone else from buying the same gift as you.
What if I find an item on your registry somewhere else?
If you do find it somewhere else, please make sure it is the right size or color that we registered for. If so, awesome! Be sure to call the store that we registered for the item at to have them make it as purchased.
What if my item is not showing up as purchased under your registry?
If it is we registered at Macy's, Crate and Barrel, or IKEA please contact the store to find out why the item is not marked as purchased. If it is an item that we registered through The Knot's Universal Registry, which is any item not registered at one of the three mentioned stores, then please contact The Knot via email at help@theknot.com or by phone at 877-843-5668.
