Our Wedding

Veronica and Ian’s story began in Paris, where they both studied abroad in 2019. Veronica studied at the Institut Catholique de Paris and Ian studied at the American University of Paris. They traveled Europe and shared unforgettable memories, including daily picnics on the Seine River, people-watching at local cafes, and indulging in French wine, baguettes, and pastries.

Veronica was studying at Saint Louis University earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and Ian joined her there in 2021 to earn his Master of Healthcare Administration.&nbsp;

After graduating, moving back to Dayton, and starting their careers, they returned to Paris to celebrate 5 years together … and left as fiancés! Ian proposed in the picturesque Latin Quarter, their favorite Parisian neighborhood.

We have appreciated your love and support over the past five years and are excited to share in a fun weekend of celebration!

Rachael is Veronica's younger sister and best friend. She always knows how to make her laugh and they are always finishing each other's sentences. They overlapped a year in high school and were on the Lancerette dance team and tennis team together. They also studied in Paris and graduated from Saint Louis University.  Rachael will graduate with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2026!  Veronica appreciates Rachael's loyalty, humor, and support. Veronica is so excited to have Rachael by her side on her big day.

Rachael Harker

Stephen is Veronica's younger brother and Ian's soon to be brother-in-law. He is the life of the party and the "best man" you could ask for.  He is a CPA working in Columbus at KPMG. We will never forget the time he made Ian, Veronica, and himself join Rachael in running a half marathon without training in St. Louis. He recently ran a full marathon and just completed his first Ironman 70.3. He is sure to be the last one standing at the end on the dance floor!

Stephen Harker

Sophie is Ian's younger sister and partner in crime.  Ian recently helped Sophie drive multiple days across the country with a fully packed car and spent time helping her set up in her new home. After graduating from UD, she is now living her best life in Phoenix, Arizona. She is independent, adventurous and loves to have fun. Veronica's favorite memory together is when Sophie visited Ian and her at SLU for Mardi Gras. Ian and Veronica can't wait to have their siblings help celebrate their big day.
