Sometimes, the best things in life start in the most unexpected places — for us, it was a child care class in high school. What began as two teenagers sharing laughs and learning side by side quickly grew into something much more.


Our first date took us to Alberto’s Mexican Restaurant , where we spent the night talking and realizing just how easy it was to be ourselves together. From there, our story unfolded through some of our biggest moments — prom night, graduation caps tossed into the air (his in 2014, mine in 2015), and dreams of a future we would build hand in hand.


In August 2022, we packed up and moved to Texas, ready for a fresh start and a new adventure. On March 11, 2025, we moved into our very first home together — a dream come true. That same day, surrounded by boxes and excitement, he proposed! He got down on one knee and asked the easiest question I’ve ever answered.


Now, we’re counting down the days to May 16, 2026 — the day we get to stand together in front of our favorite people and start the next chapter of our forever story.
