When does the rehearsal start and where will it be?
The wedding rehearsal starts at 5:00 p.m. on Friday May 3, 2024 at the home of Bruce and Christine Gauthier, the Groom's parents, in the garden under a tent. Their address is 20829 Mintwood Court, Ashburn, VA 20147.
What time does the rehearsal dinner begin and where will it be held?
The rehearsal dinner will be held at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm following the end of the rehearsal with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres beginning at 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7 p.m. The restaurant is located at 42920 Broadlands Blvd Broadlands, VA 20148. The phone number for the restaurant is (571) 209-1200. Invitations will be sent for this event.
What is the attire for the ceremony and reception?
Guests are asked to wear cocktail attire. Coat and tie preferred for male guests.
Where can we park?
There will be signs showing the parking locations posted.
What if it rains or the weather is otherwise inclement?
The ceremony will be held under a tent outdoors. In the event of rain, please bring umbrellas to reach, enter and exit the tent. The reception will be held inside at the Ashburn Farm Association Community Center.
Will children be included at the wedding ceremony or reception?
The couple has decided not to include children in this celebration.
