Our Wedding

Our story began in high school, halfway across the world, in the tiny country of Bahrain located in the Middle East. We first met while running for our high school cross country team. Over time, our friendship grew stronger, and by the summer of 2020, after spending many months together hanging out as friends, we began dating. It quickly became clear to those around us that our connection was too strong to ignore.In the summer of 2021, we both moved back to the United States, though we ended up in different places. Tucker relocated with his family to San Francisco, CA, while Veruca headed to the North Shore of Lake Tahoe for college. Despite the distance, we made our relationship work, with Tucker often visiting Veruca on weekends.After her freshman year, Veruca transferred to a new college in Salt Lake City, UT, and Tucker took a leap of faith and followed. We have been living together in Salt Lake City for a couple of years now, embarking on many adventures and making countless memories.Tucker proposed on a New Year’s Eve morning while we were on a trip in Banff, Canada. We spent the rest of the day enjoying the hot springs, eating pizza, and then ringing in the new year with a romantic steak dinner and a festive night in the streets of downtown Banff.
