Day of the wedding, we unfortunately will not have any space to hold physical gift bags/boxes. However, there will be a card box for those who are considering providing gifts.
What is the event dress code?
Formal Attire.
will the cocktail hour & reception be hosted indoors or outdoors?
As the event will be occurring in spring season, the cocktail hour and reception will be hosted outdoors to enjoy the good weather and company. However, please note that there will be patio standing heaters if needed throughout the entire event.
I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies. what is the best way to let you know?
When ready to complete RSVP, please provide this information in dinner accommodations section. Meal options will be provided for those in need of accommodations.
are children invited to the wedding?
No. While we absolutely love all little ones, we kindly request a child-free wedding. We would love to provide an adequate environment for a celebration. (and have everyone enjoy our open bar!)
Please note, entrance to venue will be denied if children are with you or your party.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! All invited guest have access to our open bar during the entire event.
Will there be accessible parking during the religious ceremony and reception?
Yes! Please note, there will be an ample amount of parking for both the religious ceremony and reception.
where can i RSVP?
Please follow the last tab on this website, "RSVP", to officially register your RSVP reservation. Your reservation will not be processed until completed via electronically. Please note, RSVP tab will be closed after October 24th.
Am I allowed to bring a +1?
Unfortunately, the names registered on our RSVP page are the only attendees who will be allowed access to the reception. However, for specific questions please send us an individualized message. You can find our contact information on "Contact" tab above.
Is the religious ceremony and reception located in the same place?
No. As both locations require transportation to and from one another, please make it known while submitting RSVP confirmation. If needed support, the bride and groom will reach out with transportation options.
I will be traveling out of town to attend the wedding. Where can I find local hotel recommendations?
Please review our "Travel" section on this website where you will be able to find hotel recommendations and travel plans.
I need to get in contact with the bride and groom. what is the best way to reach them at?
Please refer to the contact tab in this website for contact info. We will be more than happy to answer any questions and concerns!
Although both personal numbers and emails are provided, please note, texting is the most efficient way to get in contact with the bride and groom.
When is the last day to RSVP?
Last day to submit your RSVP confirmation for everyone in your party will be on OCTOBER 24th. After this date, the RSVP pool will be officially closed for all invited guest.
Please submit prior to this date and plan accordingly.
will dinner be served?
Dinner will be served post cocktail hour. You will be provided with platter options of your own choosing to accommodate all attendees.
what time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the religious ceremony start time to find parking and your seat.
what if I/we didn't rsvp on time?
If we do not receive your RSVP by October 24th, it will automatically be marked as "will not attend". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
what if I/we can't make it?
Your presence will be dearly missed! We do ask that you RSVP "no" as soon as possible. If you already RSVP'd "yes", but find that you or your entire party will not be able to attend, please notify the bride at (619) 395-4048.
