Wedding Day Transportation Schedule: 4:15 PM – Courtyard Marriott4:25 PM – Hilton Garden Inn4:35 PM – Hampton Inn5:00 PM – Arrive at Winbrooke Bus will pick guests up from the venue at 11:00pm and return to the above hotels.

Transportation Schedule

Room reservations must be made by July 25th to receive the discounted rates. Transportation will be provided from these hotels to the wedding venue and back. Parking is limited at the venue, please plan to take the shuttle provided.

The bride and groom will be staying here with their families and bridal party. The shuttle service for the wedding will drop off and pick up at this hotel. The wedding after party will also be held here.

The block discount rate is valid for a two night minimum. The Hampton Inn is only a 1/2 mile from the Hilton.

The Berkshires are absolutely stunning in the fall and are well known for their beautiful hikes, waterfalls, museums, and entertainment in the arts. We have also highlighted our favorite restaurants and breweries! If you plan to stay in town longer, we recommend checking out the local inns, state of the art spas, and cozy bed and breakfasts.
