The ceremony will be held on the back patio, located on the south side of the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center. Please enter through the main doors. An alternative plan is in place in the event of inclement weather. Cocktail hour, dinner, and the reception will be held inside the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center.

The first row of seats at our ceremony will be reserved for immediate family members; parents & grandparents. The rest is open seating but due to limited space we request no gaps of empty chairs between groups. For the reception, a seating chart will be displayed to help you find your designated table.

While we love your little ones, we want you to relax and enjoy the evening. Due to the restrictive nature of providing an open cigar bar as well as playing an unfiltered music playlist during the reception, we politely request no children under the age of fourteen. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Due to the close proximity of the ceremony and reception spaces, we will not be offering transportation. A large parking lot is available at the event center. Lodging accommodations will be available at the Cobblestone Inn & Suites and Holiday Inn hotels which are located less than a block north of the Crossroads Pavilion Event Center. Please feel free to park at your hotel and walk to the event center.

Accommodations are only available for guests formally invited on your wedding invite. A plus one will be specified on your invite and on the RSVP page of our website when you are ready to do so.

We request that all guests wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. While we do ask that you try to avoid blue jeans, please wear what makes you feel comfortable. Ladies, colors such as white, off white, or ivory are reserved for the bride. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outside. Please keep this in mind when choosing clothing, as it may get rather warm.

No, please bring cash or card for the full bar that will be available. Bringing in outside alcohol is prohibited by the venue. Don't forget your ID!

Our registries are available to view for some gift ideas. Any cash or check gifts received will go towards our honeymoon fund and renovations for our house!
