We have blocked a limited amount of rooms at the Stone Willow Inn, located in St. Mary's, right across from the venue. The room block is under "Brombal Wedding." The Westover Inn is another hotel in St. Mary's, about a 5 minute drive from the venue, that is also available for rooms. Please note, a block of rooms is not blocked here. You can also check out AirBnB as another option. There is a hotel in Stratford called the Best Western Arden Park that is also available. Keep in mind that it is also theatre season in Stratford so rooms may also be limited here. There will not be transportation available to and from the venue. Taxis are limited so plan accordingly.

No, please note there are not many taxis and uber's in St. Mary's so please plan accordingly. If you are staying in St. Mary's, the Stone Willow Inn is right across the street from the venue, and the Westover Inn is a 5 minute drive from the venue.

The dress code to our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. *Ladies, please refrain from wearing the colour white, beige, or cream*

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend you arrive at 2:30pm as the ceremony will be started at 3pm, promptly. We want to make sure everyone has a seat.

Everything will be held at the same venue! Please arrive at the front doors and the groomsmen will guide you to the ceremony space.

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be going to finish their photos nearby. Guests can head straight to the patio for cocktail hour. The doors will be open for reception hall at this time so you are able to find your seat.

Unfortunately, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

While we love your little ones, our event will be an adult only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving your kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

The ceremony will be taking place on the golf course. We recommend flat shoes or thicker healed shoes to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors.
