Our Wedding

Our first date unfolded poolside on a restaurant rooftop, the Austin skyline in the background. By the time we tie the knot, we’ll have explored over nine countries together—passport stamps and memories piling up. The proposal was pure us: on a floating ecolodge in the jungles of Thailand, under a blanket of stars, he… dropped the (thankfully a silicon travel) engagement ring into the river. After a frantic search (and a lot of laughter), he didn’t miss a beat—using rope from our hammock, he crafted a makeshift ring right then and there. That moment was when we knew: this is our kind of forever. We, along with Aspen and Snoopy, can’t wait to celebrate with all of you!

Meet Hank, Tori’s little brother and the VIP of our wedding crew! This Golden State Warriors superfan has been Tori’s sidekick through late-night milkshake and burger runs, epic Disney Channel or Eminem jam sessions, and many new city explorations. As Man of Honor, Hank’s bringing his A-game to keep the wedding day vibes as golden as a Steph Curry three-pointer, probably with some slick air-dribble moves on the dance floor. When he’s not cheering for the Dubs or planning the next sibling adventure, he’s our go-to guy for making the big day unforgettable. We are so thrilled he’s by our side!

Hank

A native of Potosi, Wisconsin, Aspen will be making his debut as our ring bearer! Almost two years old, he’s a giant cuddle bug with zero concept of personal space, always smiling and never far from a bully stick. Fiercely protective of his baby sister and endlessly loyal, he’s the heart of our home—and now, a very dapper part of our big day.

Aspen

A native of Louise, Texas, Snoopy is our beloved four-legged flower girl. She’s completely obsessed with her big brother and follows him everywhere with endless admiration. Known for her chatty personality and expressive barks, she never misses a chance to make her voice heard. But don’t let all that energy fool you—Snoopy also loves her beauty sleep and can nap like a pro. Today, she’s traded her favorite cozy spot for a walk down the aisle, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her lead the way!

How to Get There

Flying In? Please fly into Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY), which is approximately 14 miles from the venue.   Where to Stay? We recommend booking accommodations nearby through Airbnb or VRBO — there are tons of great options in the Esplanade Ridge, Mid-City, or French Quarter neighborhoods, all just a quick ride from the venue. There are also many hotels nearby.   How to Get to the Ceremony? Our Venue:Step into the past at the Degas House, a beautifully preserved home where French Impressionist artist Edgar Degas lived with his relatives from 1872 to 1873. Situated in the charming Esplanade Ridge neighborhood, this historic site offers a glimpse into Degas' life and art, as he created several works inspired by his time in New Orleans.

Magazine Street:Magazine Street is a vibrant, six-mile stretch filled with unique boutiques, cafes, and local shops. It’s the perfect spot for shopping, dining, and people-watching. Be sure to stop by Joey K’s for a delicious taste of classic New Orleans comfort food. From vintage stores to trendy spots, Magazine Street captures the eclectic spirit of the city!
