One of my favorite memories with Eric is hitting apples with a wiffle ball bat into the neighbors yard, and trying to hit the birds on the power lines with the apples.

CJ and Eric have been friends for almost 30 years. Spending most of our time growing up at the firehouse and with our dads who were close friends with each other from a long time ago. One funny memory I like to share, and it still happens to this day, CJ and Eric both look alike, and whenever one of us is seen in public, people always say hello to us and call CJ Eric, or Eric CJ.

Hi my name is Madison Koerbel and I met Tori 7 years ago when she interviewed me for a job at Ritas which somehow turned into our crazy friendship! My favorite memory with Tori is when we took a day to go to all of the Owowcow’s but also of course all the countless icecream & Dunkin trips🩷

Hi, I’m Sean and I’ve known Eric now for a little over 20 years. We have had so many hilarious memories over the years but some of my favorite were working night shift together at Easton EMS. Especially the night we got dog shit all over the back of the ambulance.

Hi my name is Liv. I’ve known Tori, which feels like forever. Our brothers used to play baseball together. We became like sisters a few years ago and now I can’t imagine my life without her. My favorite memory of her is the long nights staying at work late talking, sharing each others life stories for hours on end!

Redron and I have know each other for almost 22 years. Some people know me as the adopted Norder. In 2022, Eric and I became partners in our law enforcement careers to serve the township we grew up in. We’ve had many funny memories together including horrible golf outings where I met his friend ‘dirt’, which then would lead to a lot of diet millers to ease the pain.

Hi I’m Kenna , I’m the brides soon to be sister in law And the grooms “youngest sister”. I grew up with Eric as my next door neighbor , wherever he went he was always my neighbor #7th street forever. And for Tori we had a rough start to say the least. All it took was our date on October 23 to realize we were too alike to not love each other. I’m Cory Weidaw I’m a firefighter with Bethlehem Twp, I’ve known Eric for a little over 11 years. He’s one of my best friends. A funny story I would like to share is when a bunch of us decided it was a good idea to go get a bunch of apples, a 3 person sling shot and head down to the boat launch at night. While down there, we would launch these apples straight into the air and play “apple roulette” and see who would stay and risk having an apple hit them in the head. While some people wore helmets to protect what brain cells we had, most of us did not. Looking back on it, it’s a good thing none of us got hurt and we didn’t get arrested when the Fish and Game Commission showed up one night. The night would end by going to the Keystone Pub laughing and reminiscing the night.

Hi my name is Amanda! I met Tori when she started working at Fresenius 3 years ago and we quickly became friends! One day we were at work talking about the guy she was snap chatting and the next we were all planning a spontaneous trip to Nashville where we made some of the best memories! Sometimes you meet people and just click with them and for us that’s exactly what happened!
