You can start making your room reservations now! The cut off for booking your room through our room block is September 1st. The hotel parking is free for those who book through our room block. Book as soon as possible to ensure that you are able to book with our room block as there is limited availability. The room is a suite which is a living room and a separate bedroom. We recommend that you book a hotel for Friday night if you don’t want to feel rushed, as Saturday check in at the hotel isn’t until 4:00 and early check in is at a first come first serve basis. The hotel claims they will hold your luggage until you can officially check in after the wedding. The shuttles are coming at 3:15 and 3:30 so you would not have time to check in until after the wedding.

Late check-out on Sunday October 13th is determine the day before and is based on the room availability.
