A. There are rooms blocked off at the Russell Inn. Please use group code Flynn/Routledge Wedding when booking . If you want somewhere else to stay check out the Asessippi website for their other accommodations! The venue recommends to book accommodations as early as possible. **As of June 30/2024- The Russell Inn block has been filled, however they should release more rooms at a later date, we suggest calling the Russell Inn to inquire if there are more rooms available or checking in on the website for updates**

The ceremony is going to be held at the Vine Chapel near the top of the ski hill. There will be signs directing you to the ceremony space and parking will be facilitated by an attendant. Just a reminder that it is outside! (Weather permitting)

Once the ceremony is finished you can drive down to the Sugar Shacks where the reception is going to be held! There will also be signage to help you find your way.

Yes, however there is only late night transportation back to your accommodations. There will be two shuttle times that can take you back to any of the nearby accommodations (examples- The Russell Inn, The Jolly Lodger, local Air BnB's) The venue will allow vehicles to be parked in the parking lot over night and suggests a "buddy system" to pick up your vehicle in the morning (one friend will carpool guests to the venue and leave the vehicle at the venue, all can take the shuttle back to your accommodation, then use your other friends vehicle to come pick up the parked vehicle in the morning) Shuttle times- 11:30 pm, 1:00am
