Both raised in Naples, Florida, Tori &amp; Chris managed to go to the same elementary and middle school and not really meet until they were going to college in two separate states. Chris was back in town for Christmas break and looking to practice photography, and Tori was nice enough to model. They dated long distance for two years through their last semester of college and first year of working, and then one day in 2014 Tori quit her job to become an independent illustrator and moved up to Nashville. It's been Chris, Tori, and Macaron ever since.

We've reserved a block of 10 rooms at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.noelle-nashville.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Noelle Nashville</a>, a boutique hotel in downtown Nashville. September 15th is the last day to make a reservation in this room block.

No worries if you're not staying at the Noelle! Nashville has a ton of hotels and neighborhoods that are great to stay in. Staying downtown will be the closest you can get to the venue, but it's also going to be the most expensive - finding rooms under $300/night on the weekends in October is very rare. Germantown, East Nashville, or West Nashville, all of which are within a 20 minute drive of downtown. You can also choose to expand your hotel search to one of the many suburbs around Nashville - Hermitage, Hendersonville, Brentwood, and Bellevue are all good places to stay, but can be as much as a 30 minute drive from Nashville with no traffic, and sometimes over an hour if traffic is particularly bad. Finally,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.airbnb.com/a/Nashville" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Airbnb</a>&nbsp;is quite common in Nashville. If you're traveling with a group and can split the price of renting a house through Airbnb, you can get some great deals on locations close to downtown. It's also loaded with fun recommendations and articles about what to eat, drink, and activities around town.

Other Accomodations

For the most part, Nashville is not a walkable city. You'll want to plan on either having a rental car or signing up for one of the ridesharing services popular in Nashville,&nbsp;<a href="https://uber.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Uber</a>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<a href="https://lyft.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Lyft</a>. We also have a number of traditional taxi services, but we find Uber and Lyft to be faster, more reliable, and more cost effective in general. If you do choose to rent a car, you should know that parking in downtown Nashville can be quite expensive. Hotels downtown generally charge $30-40/night for parking, and if you stay somewhere else but drive downtown, you can plan on paying at least $20 for parking, and maybe more if there's an event going on. Parking outside downtown in Nashville is generally much cheaper (usually free).

We were hoping it would be gone by now, but we're still living in a world where COVID is a big problem. We'd like everyone to feel as safe as they can at our wedding, and so we're asking all guests to follow a few precautions. 1. Be vaccinated.2. Get a <a href="https://www.memorialhealthcare.org/whats-the-difference-between-covid-19-rapid-and-prc-tests/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">PCR</a> test during the week leading up to the wedding. Most clinics are able to provide PCR tests before travel, and the test should be free, with or without insurance. If your test comes back positive, please let us know as soon as possible. Please be prepared with vaccination cards and your test results (photos are fine) at the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding and assistance helping everyone stay safe.
