The ceremony begins promptly at 4pm. Please allow enough time to arrive to the ceremony at least 15 minutes prior to the start time.

We are asking that all phones and cameras be put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired professional photographers and videographers to capture some of the most important moments of our lives.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held entirely outdoors. The deck will also be available to use during cocktail hour and the reception if the weather allows.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the number of guests included on your invitation.

Yes! There will be an open bar for all guests 21 and older to enjoy.

We must provide accurate guest counts to our venue, so please send your RSVPs back to us (3596 New Hampshire Ave, Easton, PA 18045) as soon as you can, prior to April 1st. If we don’t hear from you, we will reach out to confirm whether or not you will be attending.

We kindly ask that you dress in formal attire. We suggest that men wear a suit and tie, and women wear a cocktail dress or a formal pantsuit.

We ask that you please avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams. The bridesmaids and groomsmen will be wearing dusty blue.

Yes, we have reserved a room block both at Bear Creek and The Fairfield Inn & Suites. There will be a shuttle to and from The Fairfield. Please see the 'Hotels + Transportation' page for more information.
