Victoria and Corey met in high school at Coconut Beach playing beach volleyball and became fast friends and teammates. After the summer ended, Corey and Victoria went to high school dances together but lost touch shortly after due to busy schedules with their respected sports.

Fast forward to 2020 and Covid-19, the world shut down and we returned home from our college towns. Corey invited Victoria to play beach volleyball again and started going on dates.

Then, Corey got hired for his first sports caster job in Iowa/ Illinois. Took some time but they decided to try long distance dating while Corey gets more experience in his field and Victoria finishes up college.

After 1 year of long distance, Corey gets a job at WBRZ in Baton Rouge and moves back to Louisiana.

Another year later, Corey proposes to Victoria in front of the St. Louis Cathedral in the French Quarter!
