..and a beautiful day for a hike for our first date on September 20, 2020.

We can all thank Bumble...

Since it was the height of the pandemic, they planned to hike and enjoy being outside. Kyle picked up Victoria in his Jeep to hike Pu'u Ma'eli'eli trail and off they went. What started as hiking and talking and getting to know each other then turned into lunch and hours of hanging out on the beach. After a whole day spent together (and multiple texts from Victoria's friends and sisters to make sure she was still alive), Kyle dropped Victoria off at home and they parted ways after a side hug. Initially thrown off by his midwestern respectfulness, Victoria thought she just met her new adventure bestie. But a text from Kyle a few hours later that evening to set up their next date just a day later (which turned into multiple dates and a group free dive all within one week) sealed the deal. Five years and a few fur babies later, the adventure is still going strong.Thanks Bumble!
