WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Please arrive at the church between 3:45pm and 4:00pm to allow time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:30pm. Hotel Guests will have shuttle transportation, first pick up at 3:20pm.

WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION?

We will have transportation for the wedding party and hotel guests. Out of town guest please note that the ceremony and reception are slightly outside of town so public transportation is scarce. We will have transportation for hotel guests to the ceremony, reception and back to the hotel.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AT THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during the ceremony.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE WEDDING

Dress code for the wedding is formal attire. We ask that men wear a suit and women wear a floor length gown or tea length evening gown. Please note that the ceremony will be fully indoors, while the reception will be outdoors with a covered tent. Ladies who are concerned about heels sinking in grass may choose a block heel or flats. We will also have heel guards upon arrival.

WILL THERE BE VEGETARIAN OPTIONS?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

You'll find the details about your party size and whether it includes a plus one, on your invitation.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING?

Please join us for an adults-only celebration, with the inclusion of our first cousins.

TIMELINE


Ceremony begins at 4:30, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to allow time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:30pm. Transportation from the hotels to the church will be provided.


Cocktail hour begins immediately following the ceremony. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, drinks, mingling and games while awaiting the newly weds! Transportation to the reception will be provided.


Reception will begin around 6:30pm as the bridal party and newlyweds make their entrance. Dinner will be served between 6:30pm and 7:00pm followed by dancing and drinking. We will have a shuttle making trips between the reception and the hotels from 9:00pm-1:00am.
