Yes, you will need a valid passport to travel into Canada. Please be aware that it may take up to 8-10 weeks to apply/receive or renew a passport.

The dress code for the wedding is formal. For guys, this means a suit and tie, preferred. For the ladies, evening dress, dressy suit, or cocktail dress. Note: The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside so please dress accordingly.

Shuttle service will be provided both to and from the wedding venue. Please note, there will only be one pickup time after the reception has concluded (11pm). We would love for you to arrive in time for welcome drinks on Thursday at the Rose & Crown in Canmore. If you are just planning to attend the wedding, the ceremony will begin at 3pm, so please arrive between 2:15-2:30pm.

We love your kiddos and ask that you give them a hug and a kiss from us! We kindly request the ceremony and reception be an adults-only affair. We're hoping this will allow all guests to focus on the celebrations at hand and allow parents some time to relax! If you plan to travel to Banff with children, we kindly ask that you consider booking a babysitter for the evening of the wedding. Thank you so much for understanding!

Currently, we have not given any guests a "plus one". If you have any concerns, please reach out to one of us and we will try our best to accommodate your situation.

Most definitely not! There are a ton of hotels, bed and breakfasts, and Airbnbs within Canmore and Banff. Please feel free to stay wherever best suits your needs.
