Chris and Victoria (or Hayley, for some of you) met on August 20, 2018, on Chris's first day at work. He had interned with the company they both currently work at, WB, the year prior and was starting his first day as a full-time electrical engineer. During his internship, MarComm Managing Principal, and Vic's boss, Julie, invited the two of them to lunch. Twenty questions about Chris's diet, many late nights of texting, one slight comment about an obsession (if you know, you know), and three months later, they had their first date in Central Park. Yay!

The couple moved in together after Chris bought his first apartment in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, after both of them lived with the Amato's in their Jersey Shore house for about eight months during the pandemic.

Victoria loves being outdoors, and so Chris decided to propose during a camping trip on June 2, 2022. He serenaded her with a love song that he had personally written, ending with the big question. Although Victoria thought he was joking at first, she quickly said yes! And that's where we're at in their story. The first chapter. With so much more to come.
