Due to a state robotics competition at a nearby university on the weekend of our reception, many of the hotels in Bay City are full or close to full and we were unable to reserve a block. We've tried to list several hotels below that may still have rooms available if you want to try to stay close.

This is five minutes from the venue. It is also showing no availability on the website but may be possible to book by phone.
Comfort Inn Bay City - Riverfront
This is also five minutes from the venue and is showing 97% booked for the weekend.
Hampton Inn & Suites Bay City
This is nine minutes from the venue. No openings were showing online, but you can try to call to book.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bay City, an IHG Hotel
This is nine minutes from the venue and is showing a few rooms available online.
AmericInn by Wyndham Bay City
This is ten minutes from the venue and shows a few rooms available online.
If you're having issues finding rooms available in Bay City, the following hotels are in Midland, the next town over, but are still only a 22 minute drive from the venue. We have not seen any issues finding available rooms at any of them.
