Vikas and Punam have known each other since they were in diapers. Their parents were lifelong friends from the days they lived in India to moving and living in the States. This only meant that their kids would grow up together as well. From childhood days playing in the backyard and doing homework together to graduating high school and college, they stayed the best of friends. Even distance couldn't keep them apart once Punam and her family moved to Michigan. Vikas and Punam continuously made trips to visit each other over the years.

A close friendship grew during a fun trip to Florida to celebrate Punam's graduation! December 2022 is when the two realized that this lifelong friendship could become deeper. They spent more and more time together over the next few months and finally shared their true feelings! Once the parents got involved....wellll...Punam and Vikas got Roka'd in October of 2023. Now here we are planning a big Punjabi wedding in Michigan. WE are so excited to be joined by our closest family and friends to celebrate the Wedding of Vikas & Punam!
