Getting There

Plane: The Madison Hotel is a 20 minute drive from the Newark Liberty International Airport Train: The Madison Hotel is a 2 minute walk from the Convent Station train station. If you are traveling from NYC, take NJ Transit from Penn Station to Convent Station (the Morris and Essex Line - Dover). It is a 1 hour train ride.

You may make individual reservations by contacting The Madison Hotel Room Reservations department at either (973) 285-1800 or (800) 526-0729. You must call to reserve in order to get the room rate. King rooms are $160 and double rooms are $173. A credit card is necessary to guarantee any individual reservation.

Schedule

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30pm EST. Seating starts at 6pm with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival. The cocktail hour will start immediately following the ceremony. The reception will follow cocktail hour from 8pm – midnight and will include a four course meal.
