Yes, a private round trip shuttle will be provided to you through our travel agent. The price is set at $45/person and will be automatically added to your booking. Please update our travel agent with your flight information if you so choose to book the flight on your own.

We love your kids! Feel free to bring them to the resort and use the days outside of the wedding as a mini vacation for your family. However, we have agreed to host an adults only (18+) ceremony and reception (+ our one jr. bridesmaid). Please let us know in advance if you are bringing children, this way we can block off more family rooms if needed.

There is an adults only (18+) section known as the Elegance Club and a family friendly section. Our party will mostly be rooming in the Elegance Club rooms. If you are not bringing children, please do not book the family-friendly rooms as we are reserving those rooms for those bringing children. Please note that guests staying in the family-friendly section will not have access to the Elegance Club section, but if you are booked on the Elegance Club section, you will have full access to the entire resort.

Yes, the resort has a kids and teens club available until 9:00pm every day. Any childcare after 9:00pm will require a hired nanny. We requested average rates and nannies can be hired for $20-30/hour after the kids and teens club closes. Please speak with the resort for more information upon arrival. Parents and grandparents will be attending the wedding event until at least 9:00pm, so please plan accordingly and refrain from using them as childcare on this day. Thank you for accommodating this.

If your RSVP lists a plus one, then yes. If not, we had to add some limitations for the sake of venue capacity.

Semi-formal or cocktail wear if you have it! Please refrain from wearing burgundy or gold. Note that the reception and ceremony will be taking place outdoors.

Tipping is not required. However, you'll definitely receive better service if you do. We encourage you to bring a set of 1 USD bills to the resort for this purpose.

All meals and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are covered with your booking. This includes room service and all servicing restaurants on the resort. There may be options for top tier liquor or wine bottles, but this will be noted and at your own expense.
