Are plus ones and children allowed?
While we would love to have everyone we know at the wedding, unfortunately, only the people listed on the invitation are invited as we have limited space in the reception area. This is also a child-free wedding, so the adults can have a stress free night. If you have a baby under the age of 2, they can attend as we know they may be breast fed and can't be away from their mother.
What is the dress code?
Formal attire is expected, as this is a formal event, Think formal Garden party. This is also a multi-cultural wedding. So, out of respect for the brides Arabian culture, we ask that the Women wear knee-length or longer dresses, pantsuits, or a modest two piece skirt outfit. Please avoid attire that is overly revealing, such as extremely low-cut tops showing too much cleavage or high slits. For men, slacks and a button up shirt- jackets are optional. Please no jeans, shorts, flip flops, crocs, or short cocktail dresses. Dress code will be strictly enforced, a wedding coordinator will be greeting guests upon arrival, and unfortunately, those not adhering to the dress code will not be permitted entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Those of you looking for affordable options SHEIN has great options for both men and women.
Is this an outdoor Venue?
Yes, it is a 4 acre garden venue. The ceremony is uncovered, and the reception area is in a covered pavilion. Ladies there are some dirt areas, so be fair warned about your heel/shoe choice.
What will the weather be like?
While Colorado weather can be unpredictable, It is projected to be around 75-82 degrees Fahrenheit during the day and can drop to as low as 50 degrees Fahrenheit at night. There will be two patio heaters available, But for those of you coming from out of town, I'd suggest bringing sweaters to keep yourself warm.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there is free on-site parking for up to about 50 cars. And more free street parking if needed.
How far is the drive to the venue?
If driving in from Denver, the drive time is about an hour and twenty five minutes away. Please allow plenty of time to arrive, as the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30 and traffic tends to be heavy around that time. Plan on giving yourself 2- 2 1/2 hours to get to the venue to make sure you're there on time. If you arrive once the ceremony has already started, you will have to wait and stand out of the way so you do not block the photographer/videographer's view.
Will it be an open bar or cash bar?
We’re starting the night with an open bar (cheers!), and once we hit a set amount, it will become a cash bar. Please note that the bar carries a curated selection of mostly local brands, so you may not recognize every label — but they’re all worth a try!
Is smoking allowed at the venue?
This is a strict no smoking/no vaping venue, even though it is outdoors. Because of the surrounding gardens, the venue asks that if you smoke or vape, to do so in the parking lot or street. Those who are caught smoking in the venue will be charged a $1,000 fine.
What type of food will be served at the wedding?
We are serving two Italian style appetizers during cocktail hour, and an Italian buffet at dinner. There will be no pork products whatsoever, out of respect and inclusivity of the Muslim family and friends attending the wedding. We are also accommodating those who are vegan/vegetarian with their own meals, we just ask that you let us know in your RSVP what type of meal you need.
