Our Wedding

We met 5 years ago on New Years Eve in Boston when we were introduced by a couple of our closest friends. After we met, we spent the next few months that winter getting to know each other and our favorite place to go on dates was in the city. A few of our favorite date night memories are the Frost Bar at Faneuil Hall, Max Brenner's Chocolate Bar, seeing Kid Rock at Fenway Park, and going to just about any restaurant and pretending to be fancy. Between then and now, we've rented a few apartments, adopted a cat, and as some of you may know have bought our first home. Our lives together so far have been filled with laughter, family, and good friends and for this we truly feel blessed. Nowadays, our favorite idea of a date night is simply staying in and watching one of our favorite shows. We chose to have a winter wedding in Boston because it's the location and season that brings us back to a time of falling in love. We look forward to seeing what the future holds.

The ceremony and reception are both being held at The State Room, which is located on the 33rd floor of 60 State Street. Once guests arrive at the building, venue staff will direct everyone from the lobby.

Masks are required upon arrival

Mask can be removed upon arriving to the ceremony, but venue staff does kindly ask that guests have masks on upon entering the building, so please plan accordingly! Thank you.

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Boston Marriott Long Wharf. Use our group code "Brunelle/Sgrosso" when booking to receive a discounted rate. The deadline to reserve room within the room block is January 27th, 2022. The Marriott Long Wharf has onsite parking along with valet parking service. We advise you inquire with hotel staff prior to arrival regarding parking rates, as these may fluctuate depending on your time of check-in and length of stay.

The Marriott has stated to us that currently parking is valet only, so please plan accordingly.The rate we have confirmed from hotel staff is $58.00 per day.

Transportation To and From Marriott Long Wharf 

Pickup 4:15 pm 

Complimentary transport car will pick guests up at the lobby of the hotel and bring them to the wedding venue.

Drop-Off 10:45 pm (approximately) 

Transport car will bring guests back to the hotel lobby after the wedding has come to an end.

Covid Guidelines (as of 02/22/22)

Mayor Wu (Boston Mayor) has announced that the city of Boston is no longer requiring proof of Covid vaccinations prior to entering entertainment establishments. The State Room (our wedding venue) has confirmed that Covid vaccinations will no longer be verified upon arriving at the venue. We sincerely apologize if this caused any of our guests any worry or inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and patience with us, as we continue to navigate through the city guidelines. Please know that our primary focus has been to keep all of our friends and family healthy and safe. We love you all and cannot wait to celebrate with you.

Masks will not be required during any portion of the wedding ceremony or reception, but we do ask that guests have a mask on upon arrival to the venue. Guests may take off their mask after being checked in at the door.﻿
