If you are not planning on driving yourself, we recommend reserving an Uber/Lyft or taxi ahead of time. For guests under 40 and immediate family, there will be a bus leaving from the venue to the afterparty at 10:30 PM.

Plan to arrive at Planet Bluegrass around 3:30 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm. From 4:30 to 5:30 pm will be cocktail hour. Dinner service will begin at 6 pm. The first dance will be at 7:15 with music and dancing for all to follow! We will start wrapping up at 10:00 pm and leave the venue by 10:30 pm.

Yes, please join us at Avanti Food & Beverage where we will be keeping the party going from 11:00 pm - 1:00 am. Avanti is right on Pearl Street and a stone's throw away from Hotel Boulderado.

Of course! We wanted everyone central to Boulder for easier access to amenities. However, if you would like to stay in Lyons, you are welcome to do so!
