After meeting during a school play at Ben Lippen School, Virginia and Caleb became fast friends. They began dating a few months later in December 2017 after attending the Winter Social together, and they quickly became the most iconic couple at BL. Virginia and her family moved to Seattle, Washington in the summer of 2018, and during this time Virginia and Caleb maintained contact over nearly 3,000 miles. When Virginia realized that she wanted to finish her high school career at Ben Lippen where she had been for the past three years, she moved back to SC in October 2018.

Virginia and Caleb continued dating when Virginia graduated and began her college career studying Art Education at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. Caleb graduated a year later and began studying English Education at Clemson University in Clemson, SC. For the next three years, Virginia and Caleb maintained a semi-long-distance relationship until Virginia graduated in 2023 and moved to Greenville, SC to pursue her career as an elementary art teacher.

Caleb proposed to Virginia at Table Rock State Park (with the help of the Maid of Honor and Virginia's best friend Katie Foreman) and fortunately, she said yes! They immediately began planning their wedding for the summer of 2024 after Caleb graduates from Clemson. After the wedding, Virginia and Caleb plan to go to Ireland for their honeymoon before settling down in Greenville for a bit. Who knows where they'll go next?
