How do I RSVP?
Feel free to RSVP after receiving our "save the dates"!! We ask that all guests RSVP via the "RSVP" tab on the toolbar above. You will enter your first and last name to search for your invitation. For all households and guests with plus-ones; please RSVP for both parties here.
Where do we go?!!!
We are so excited to share our love of the beautiful Eastern Shore with family from out of state! The venue of all of our festivities will be a beautiful farm approximately 20 minutes off of US Route 13. GPS will take you directly to the entrance of the farm, and there will be signage at every turn in case signal is spotty.
Is the wedding outdoors or indoors?
The wedding will held be primarily outside. There is a fully covered pavilion on the grounds where the reception will be held. This is also a back up ceremonial space in case of inclement weather. East coast fall can be unpredictable in terms of temperature and rain. The show must go on, so plan accordingly!
Where can we stay?
Vaux Hall is a unique venue with many beautiful waterfront cabins available to rent over the weekend! You can reserve a cabin on air bnb or book at the nearest hotel! More information regarding this can be found under the TRAVEL tab. Historical homes on the property will be rented by the family of the bride to house the bridal party and close family!
What is the wedding dress code?
We ask that our guests dress in semi-formal attire and avoid the colors of the bride (white, cream). Dress in what makes you comfortable keeping in mind the weather and venue. Women, avoid stiletto style heels due to walking in dirt and grass.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
We have taken into account all guests with significant others that may require a plus one! This will be reflected on your invitation as well as in the RSVP tab.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive to Vaux Hall Farm 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony!
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! We plan to "stock the bar" with many different liquors for our guests to enjoy during the reception. If this supply runs out, there will be plenty of beer and wine available as well.
Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We are asking that our guests respect our wishes to keep this time intimate and meaningful with an unplugged ceremony. We are working with amazing photographers and videographers and will share results with you as soon as possible.
