Please arrive at 3:30pm to allow for ample time to be seated

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00 pm

We kindly request our guests to be dressed in formal attire, within a fall color palette. Please keep in mind that both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors and on grass.

There is limited parking available at the venue. For our local guests, we ask you to please carpool.

We have reserved 1, 32 passenger bus to pick up our guests staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Sterling, our shuttle will arrive at 3pm to bring you to our venue, we will also provide transportation back to the hotel once the party has ended. We kindly ask that all guests that live in the local area do their best to carpool with others to the venue, as parking on site is limited.

While we love children, we will request that you keep them at home. With a trusted adult, of course

We have reserved a block of rooms for our out of town guests at the Clarion inn in Leesburg and Hampton Inn & Suites, Washington-Dulles Airport. Check out the accommodations section for more information!

We have prioritized getting an incredible team of photographers/videographers to capture our ceremony. We understand you may want to capture those moments as well but ask that you please refrain, we would much rather see your faces as we come down the aisle. We welcome as many photos as you would like during the rest of the festivities.

We request to receive all RSVP's by September 20

Both our ceremony & reception will take place outdoors. Please keep this in mind for attire, as we will be on grass the entire evening. October in VA is mild, and we are praying for a beautiful day!
