Julian and I met when I was 14 and he was 15. He was always conveniently hanging out in front of classrooms I would need to walk by in order to get to my class. In February of 2015, I pulled a teddy bear out of my bag to tell my mom a "sophomore boy liked me." Being in a very minimal "talking" stage Julian had to meet my ENTIRE family at my sisters high school graduation celebration. (because they were chasing him down). This is our first picture together (shoutout Aunt Kimber)

On June 10th 2015, Julian asked me to be his girlfriend. Although, I doubt it could be called "dating" until months later. I am so thankful for the time we took to become genuine friends in our relationship. We got to spend the rest of high school by each others side.

The saddest day was Julian leaving for Texas A&M. We had a future full of unknowns as we navigated indefinite long distance. Fun fact: at the beginning of our relationship I told Julian it would be smart if we broke up before he left for college so he wouldn't be the "girlfriend back home" guy. LOL I had no idea how much I would come to love him at that point.

After a year and a couple summers of long distance, I followed Julian to Texas A&M. The best decision I have ever made.

Julian gets offered the dream job after graduation in Midland, Tx. Another senior year soaking up all the time we have left with our friends before another season of uncertainty.

We have graduated from the best university in the same weekend. It is so sweet to celebrate all of life's accomplishments together.

WE ARE ENGAGED!! little did I know Julian has had this diamond before December and has been showing and telling everyone. We are loving being engaged and cant wait to celebrate our love with you all!
