The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing portion of the reception will take place outdoors. The dinner portion of the reception will take place indoors. While the dancing portion of the reception will be outdoors, the inside of the venue will be available to all guests during this time as well.

The dress style is semi-formal. Examples for women include midi dresses, maxi-dresses, wrap dresses, cocktail dresses, pantsuits, and jumpsuits. Examples for men include slacks, dress shirts, two-piece suits, and blazers.

Yes, there will be shuttle services to and from the venue available for guests staying near or between Sacramento, Elk Grove, and Walnut Grove. When you RSVP, please let us know if you will need a shuttle to and from the venue and the location you will need to be picked up from. We will reach out if your location isn't available for the shuttle service.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm PT.

The reception will end around 11:00 pm PT.
