There will be free on-site parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Street parking will also be available if the on-site parking lot is full. Carpooling is encouraged. There will be signage on site to direct you to the parking lot.

If the weather permits, the ceremony will occur outdoors in the rose garden at the National Aviary, with the reception held indoors. In case of rain, the ceremony will also be held indoors.

Room blocks have been reserved at the Omni William Penn Hotel. After the July deadline, out-of-town guests must make their own accommodation arrangements.
