If you’re in town on Friday, stop by Bend Brewing to help us kick off the festivities! This will be casual drinks the night before the wedding. Completely optional, just some bonus time for us to see everyone before the big day! If you're looking for dinner, Bend Brewing has a food truck with options available for purchase. It’s also located downtown in case you want to check out other restaurants nearby.

Venue Information

Our wedding will be at a neighborhood park in Northwest Bend. You will need to take the required transportation in order to get to our venue. Please check the transportation section of the website the month of our wedding for exact location and time of shuttle pickup.

We are traveling, where should we stay?

We have a room block at The Riverhouse Lodge in Bend, OR. For more information on the room block, please look at the travel section of our website. For those looking to stay at other hotels or rentals, we will be getting married in northwest Bend, so a location near that is recommended. For those traveling in, we are thankful you are coming to spend the weekend with us!

What should I know about the setting?

Since we will be spending the evening on the grass, please choose your footwear with this in mind (block heels and flats are recommended). Central Oregon nights can be cool—bringing a light layer is also recommended for you to stay warm after sunset!

Can I bring a guest or my kids?

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, our venue has limited capacity. For guests and kids please check your invitation—only the guests named (including any plus-ones or family members) are able to attend. Thank you for understanding!

Deschutes River

One of Annie & Walter’s favorite ways to spend a summer day. Drop in at Riverbend Park near Old Mill and float into Drake Park. If you are looking to paddle board, this is good option for that too.

End your float with a stop at Active Culture for lunch or a smoothie!

One of Annie & Walter’s go to casual date spots in Bend. This is also a good option for families and dogs.

Smith Rock State Park

Near Walter and Annie’s house in Redmond and one of Walter’s favorite running spots. There is also some great walking trails there that Annie will do with him.


After Smith Rock if you’re hungry or looking for drinks, stop by Wild Ride in Redmond for one of our favorite local breweries and food carts.

Northwest Crossing Saturday Farmers Market
