Q + A

Where can we find hotel information?

All of the information you should need for hotels and hotel reservations will all be on this website. Just look for the "Travel Tab" and a bunch of hotels in the area will be listed there. This will just make it easier to find a place to stay, this does not mean that you have to book a stay at those hotels! Please also feel free to take advantage of using any Air BnB sites!

can i bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

What should I do if i can't make it?

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly.

When and how should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by May 22, 2026. All RSVPs received after this date will be marked as declining; we will be sending the final headcount to our vendors following this deadline. You will be given a QR code to scan along with your wedding invite. You can scan the code or type in the website into your phone or computer. Once you do this, you will be brought to our wedding website, and there will be an RSVP tab you may click on. Once you get to this page, you will need to type in your name and accept or decline the invitation.

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue an exact guest count by a certain date. We will be sending out invitations early so please RSVP as soon as possible.

Are children invited?

We absolutely love children and are delighted to celebrate with the little ones who have been included in the invitation. We will have some activities for them to do if they need a distraction! Please keep an eye on your children if you bring them with you. The venue has a strict policy of children being supervised during the wedding and reception.

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! Please keep cowboy cocktail in mind! This dress code means no graphic t-shirts and hoodies.

When should I arrive?

We kindly ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins- that way, everyone has time to park, find their seat, and settle in before we say "I do." The ceremony will promptly begin at 5:00 pm.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Outdoor! The ceremony will be outdoors unless there is unforeseen weather. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious. The seating will be bench seating, so please bring a cushion if needed! Cocktail hour and the reception will be indoors/outdoors. We will have an outdoor fire pit that you can enjoy, as well as two games set up for bags.

Parking

Parking is available on site and it is free. Please be mindful of the way that you park because we have to fit all of our guests. We don't have transportation lined up for after the ceremony so please be cautious of your travel back into town after the ceremony!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Our ceremony will be unplugged (no phones or cameras); the greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will there be a bar at the reception?

Yes! There will be a bar at the reception, so feel free to enjoy a drink and celebrate with us!
