Arrival instructions: Pass Mexican immigration, pick up your luggage, and clear customs. The

location of the transportation meeting point varies by terminal (please see below).

For Terminal 2 –Exit to the outside. Transportation Representatives are located behind the designated fence. The Welcome Bar is also a meeting point.

For Terminal 3 – Exit to the outside. Transportation Representatives are located in front of the Air Margaritaville bar.

At the meeting point, a Mayaland transportation representative will welcome you with a Classic Vacations sign. The representative will be wearing a white shirt and navy blue pants.
