Billiekai Boughton is an activist, spiritual sprite, and nature-loving powerhouse who is learning to be a better human through her work as a Unity Minister. Service and education are her passions. She is an Army Veteran that holds a graduate degree in Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in English with an emphasis in 16th Century Literature and Contemporary Poetry. When she isn't performing poetry readings, she's writing and publishing her works in various anthologies and self-published books. Billiekai works at UC San Diego and is the founder of the San Diego Women Veteran's Network in 2016. She lives in San Diego with her family and beloved dog, Dipper. She's known Wendy for ages and has stories to tell! Wendy and Taunja are excited she will be the one to officiate their special day.

Gloria "The Momma" Manywhitehorses is the matriarch of the family. An amazing woman who loves fiercely and deeply, she is Mom to many who need the best momma hugs ever. Always ready to listen, offer advice, or just be present, she is truly a blessing to her tribe. Wendy is honored that her momma will be the one to walk her down the aisle.

Gavriel lives his life at full speed and his whole heart. He's smart, athletic, and goofy, yet has a tender heart and is quick to offer a hug when he knows someone needs it. His momma would say he's the best thing about her. He's teenager-level excited to be walking his momma down the aisle.

Tracy met Wendy about 45 years ago. When they met, Tracy knew they would be best friends forever! They have shared many adventures together. Wendy taught Tracy how to ride bikes, build forts, climb trees, slay dragons, and to drive. Wendy has always been Tracy's idol, from stealing her skates while she was at school, reveling in being dressed alike for pics (even though Wendy wasn't as delighted), to waiting to get her hand-me-downs. Tracy is honored to be a part of this next adventure!

Natalie has known Wendy for 28 years. From co-workers, crazy road trips, dance clubs, to long conversations on life and love, we've shared laughter and tears. Lord knows how many stories we have that start with 'yo, you remember that time...' and we never finish due to laughing, because we already know and of course we remember. Grateful to call this woman a friend, my ride or die, cause no matter what we've always had one another's back. Excited to know she's marrying the love of her life and to share in their big day.

Michelle "Mickie", is a former roommate and a lifelong friend of Wendy whom she will always call "D". They met in 1991 and were fast friends and adventure buddies. Michelle holds 4 college degrees, and when she isn't expanding her brain, she's improving her gaming skills. A kid-at-heart she is often the favorite auntie when the kiddos are around. She lives in San Diego with her amazing wife and soulmate Paula, and their 3 kitties (whom Wendy adores!). She currently works in real estate for a new construction home building company. Though one day she just might use her Leo charm to take over the world. Mickie is honored to be a part of the wedding and is so happy for Wendy and Taunja!

Todd and Wendy have been friends for what seems like forever and a moment at the same time. He'd be the first to remind you that he's also younger. From go-go boxes to fundraisers, they've been on more adventures than they can count. Todd is the Senior Paralegal & Contracts Manager at American Assets Trust in San Diego, where his lives with his pup, Tucker. He's proud to be The Momma's favorite adopted son, although she wishes he would visit more! Wendy and Taunja are excited to have him share in the big day!

Addie was lucky enough to grow up being close to Taunja - having big conversations, making up ridiculous songs and dances, eating delicious treats and brushing each other's hair. She is thrilled to be part of this WEDDING and couldn't be happier for her dear sister and Wendy. Addie lives in Joshua Tree, California with her partner, Robert. She spends her days working for UCSF, going to library school, baking, and obsessing over the wildlife in her backyard.

I met Taunja through Wendy when they started dating. We became fast friends and quickly discovered our mutual love for shopping and many other activities. It's been such a great pleasure getting to know you. I love seeing how happy you two make each other and feel so honored to have been chosen to be part of your special day!

Erika became close friends with Taunja in 2018 when they began working side by side. It quickly felt like a soulmate level friendship! Erika adores Taunja and has witnessed her in all all of her roles as a best friend, coworker, mother, significant other and overall stellar human being. After seeing Wendy and Taunja together for the first time, Erika knew they would get married, it was incredibly obvious that they are meant to be partners for life. She is incredibly proud and honored to be a part of such a special day!

Taunja and I met working at Kaiser and quickly became friends. Sitting next to one another and sharing laughs over difficult people and job silliness, we developed a strong kinship. We were both raised by our fathers, a unique experience that deepened our bond. We've supported one another through hard times, tears and laughter. Time spent dancing and consuming margaritas was the final piece in a magical formular for a life-long friendship!

Stella is a soulful artist, with a passion for drawing and a burgeoning talent in writing. They love gaming, giggling, and spending time with family and friends. An amazing older sibling, kind and caring friend, Stella has big dreams only eclipsed by the size of their heart. Just like the youngest, Stella is also very excited to have inspired a character in their auntie's book.

Atticus is a deep thinker with a quiet, albeit quick humor. He's an athlete, gamer, and a lover of books. His Aunt Wendy was excited to share the Pern novels with him, even more so that he dove right in as soon as he got the first book Dragon Drums. He has a gentle heart and the soul of a lyrical poet that loves his new role as a big brother. Just like his cousins, he's stoked to have inspired a character in Reclaiming Magic series.

Lilah is witty with a wicked sense of humor and loves being the youngest child. She's shy when first meeting people, but once she opens up you will see a maturity beyond her years and a keen insight. She looks up to her older siblings, Stella and Courtney. And if you've read her Nannie's books you might recognize a certain resemblance to a character.

Victoria is the voice of reason and a reliable middle sibling. She plays violin and sings, but she loves anything to do with music! She enjoys school and is always learning new things. While she can be shy at first, once she opens up you get to see her quirky and talkative side.

Annabelle is the youngest of three and loves her big brother, Gavriel, and big sister, Victoria. She's a spitfire! She dances barefoot in the rain and loves creating art, which she proudly displays or shares as gifts. She's a mixture of wild, adventurous, and loving.

Oliver is a bundle of energy, joy, and love. He's inquisitive, charming, and always knows how to get his Gigi, Tracy, to give him a treat. He shares a birthday with his great-aunt Wendy, and if you ask her, he's the best gift she ever received.
