What airport should I fly into?
There are two airports on the island of Puerto Rico that you can fly into. The main airport, Aeropuerto Iinternacional Luis Muñoz Marín (SJU) in San Juan and Rafael Hernández Airport (BQN) in Aguadila. SJU in San Juan is about 2 hours from Villa Montana Beach Resort where we are getting married. BQN in Aguadilla is only 10 minutes from our wedding venue, however only small airlines (Frontier, Spirit, Jet Blue) fly in and out of there.
What type of ground transportation is there to get us to Villa Montana Beach Resort?
There are plenty of taxi cab services that can assist with getting your party to our wedding venue. There is also Uber from SJU airport and car rentals available at both airports. Our hotel does not have ground transportation for their guests unfortunately.
Do I need a passport to get into Puerto Rico?
No passports are needed for American citizens to visit Puerto Rico as it is a U.S. territory. International travelers will need a passport.
