What is the attire?

The attire is semi-formal! The wedding ceremony will be outside over a cement concrete surface. (There will be no need to walk on grass.) Cowboy boots/hats are encouraged if desired.

Can we bring our children?

While we love all of your children very dearly, we respectfully ask that only children of family join us for the ceremony/reception. We really thank you for being considerate and making accommodations. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to one of us! We hope this is understandable. We did want to give a heads up for the parents of the children joining us: There will be a large open pond on-site, candles with open flames, and inordinately aggressive geese. If your children wish to square up with some geese, we leave this at your own parental discretion.

What drinks will be served?

For non-alcoholic beverages we will have water, soft drinks, and lemonade available. For all of us alcoholics, we will have wine & beer.

What food will be served?

We will be having authentic Mexican food.

What time should arrive?

The wedding ceremony is set to start at 4:30PM. We ask that guests please arrive 15 minutes early out of respect for other guests. This will account for enough time for guests to make their way behind the event hall and get settled in.

Where should I park?

There will be plenty of parking onsite directly in front of the event hall.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Our celebration is RSVP only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP due to venue and budget restraints. We appreciate your grace and patience with this decision. (We stole this paragraph from Corban and Meaghan but it still stands.)

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. We will have an open bar! We will have beer and wine available. Get lit but not too lit to not drive. If needed, please have driver arrangements.

Are there hotels nearby?

Most wedding guests will be staying at the local hotels in Seymour, IN. Specifically, the hotels around the I-65 and US-50 interchange. These include a Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn a Holiday Inn, and Quality Inn. (Jon suggests staying at the Motel 6 for a camping experience.)
