ON SITE GLAMPING

For those of you who’d like to fully immerse in the festival vibe, we’re arranging beautiful bell tents at the Heart of the Wye. These will be set up and ready for your arrival, offering a comfortable and convenient option right at the heart of the celebration.

Details and price information below, price is for the full booking, not per night, regardless of how many nights you are staying.

4m bell tent:

(sleeps 2 - double/2 x single) £200 + £70 returnable damage deposit

(sleeps 3 - double + single/3 x single) £220 + £70 returnable damage deposit

5m bell tent:

(sleeps 2 - double/2 x single) £230 + £85 returnable damage deposit

(sleeps 3 - double + single/3 x single) £250 + £85 returnable damage deposit

(sleeps 4 - 2 x double/double + 2 x single/4 x single) £270 + £85 returnable damage deposit

All tents come furnished as standard with single camp beds or double mattresses which rest on the floor (these are 4" memory foam, tri-fold mattresses.), matting, door mat, table, lantern with power bank for phone/device charging, fairy lights, bunting, chalkboard sign with your name on it, blanket, bottom sheet (guests will need to bring additional bedding.*)

•⁠ ⁠They offer a full bedding package at £35 per double and £25 per single bed (A fully made up bed with 2 pillows per person and a duvet.)

•⁠ ⁠For £40, we will assemble a solid wood double bed frame for you

STAYING LOCALLY

Of course, for those of you who would prefer to not stay on site, then we would highly recommend booking a place in Hay on Wye. Stunning town within a 10 min drive of the venue, with many accommodation options.

We have a few suggestions however a quick scan of airbnb or booking.com should bring up lots more.

For those of you not staying on site, taxis will need to be pre booked for arrival or departure on the wedding day, we can help with this so please do just let us know. Please note, taxis will not be available past 12pm due to the location, so if you would like to stay later, then we highly recommend booking a bell tent with the details above.
