Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available at the Eloise. Guests are allowed to park their vehicles in the parking lot overnight. All vehicles must be off the property by no later than 9:00 am the following day of the event or they will be subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
Can I bring a guest?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests. If you received a plus one, they will be listed under your name when you RSVP. Please ensure you are RSVPing for both you and your guest if applicable.
What times are the shuttle from the GrandStay hotel?
The shuttle will start making round trips from the hotel to the Eloise at 2:30pm until 3:30pm, running every 15 minutes. The shuttle will be picking up from the Eloise at 8pm, 9pm, and then every half hour until 11:30pm.
What time should I be at the Eloise?
We are asking for everyone to please be in your seats by 3:50pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.
Are the ceremony and the reception located at the same address?
Yes! Our ceremony will be outdoors at the Eloise. The reception will be indoors at the Eloise.
Will there be an open bar?
Beer, wine, and seltzers are complimentary from 4:30pm to 9:30pm. Liquor and other cocktails will be available for purchase throughout the night.
