Our Wedding

On a Sooner State Soiree in early 2019, a man from Kansas City and a woman from Woodward made eyes over the brims of their pint glasses in a dirty bar. Vampires frolicked on the dance floor, and love was in the air. One thing led to another and the man found himself cold and alone, face down in a dog bed, flirting with slumber next to a half eaten box of cheap pizza, dreaming of the small town girl that would go on to rock his world. Months passed and the days came and went. Little did they know, their shared passion for queso and Barefoot Moscato would join them from across the Great Plains to the shining capital of the great state of Oklahoma, eyes wide with the endless possibilities provided by cheap-ass rent and avocados the size of dragon eggs. Finally, one cold night on a rooftop in Chicago, he professed his eternal love for his new-found diamond from the prairie. Their teary eyes locked in the artificial fire light that danced off of the bubbly glasses of champagne, as though Blue Rhino Propane itself wanted to celebrate this new found union.
