Our Wedding

Whitney Barksdale and Emmanuel Lopez met in 2018 during their senior year in high school, during English class. On February 14th, 2018 (a.k.a Valentine's Day), Whitney convinced Emmanuel to skip class that day and go on their first date. Neither had driven yet, so they spent the day walking around Rohnert Park. That morning turned into afternoon and ended with fresh squeezed orange juice from Marvins Cafe. And the rest, as they say, is history. March 19th, 2023, Emmanuel surprised Whitney by proposing with a golden retriever puppy on her front porch (Berkeley).&nbsp; They're so excited to start this next phase of their lives together and can't wait to celebrate it with you on March 16th!
