It all started in high school, boy meets girl, girl falls for boy! Chris taught Whitney how to ride dirt bikes and they went on a couple camping trips and then school ended and they went separate ways.

Years went by and they both lived busy lives but always remembered the good times they shared. One cold day in January, Chris contacted Whitney out of the blue from Alaska. A short month later he flew down to spend a week with her in Idaho. During that time, he asked her to be his girlfriend- obviously she said yes! A sad goodbye and he was on his way back up to Alaska. Although, it didn't take long for their hearts to decide they couldn't be apart and he decided to pack up and move to Idaho! With a few bags and a couple dogs, he was on his way!

Several beautiful months passed quickly and in September, they went to Oregon to see family and go on what Whitney assumed to be just a casual day of fishing at Haystack reservoir. Much to her surprise, Chris got down on one knee and got the catch of his life! She was overwhelmingly shocked and not expecting it but with no hesitation she said yes!

Wedding planning got off to a slow start due to an unplanned move to Oregon and then Georgia. And again a few months later they moved back to Idaho where Chris returned to a great job and Whitney will continue school for her cosmetology license. Now they get to finally hunker down and plan their special day, and they are looking forward to spending it with all their friends and family.
