There ceremony will start at 4:30pm, please arrive early enough to park and be seated prior.
Is there ceremony really outdoors?
Short of rain, the ceremony will be outdoors. While it will be cold, hand warmers will be provided for all guests and blankets will be available for women. We encourage guests to wear their coats and any additional winter wear such as gloves and scarves.
Are my children invited?
While we love your kiddos, we are limiting the guest list to adults and teens. Thank you for your understanding and respecting our wishes.
Where do I park?
The parking lot is located across the street with an underground tunnel and path to the venue. Drivers, you are welcome to drop off guests at the venue prior to parking. Limited handicap parking is located at the venue.
Cars parked in the lot across the street can remain overnight if required.
What is the attire?
Cocktail attire (sweaters and sweater dresses are acceptable as well). No jeans. We are planning to have the ceremony outdoors so please be sure to bring your coats with you. If there is unfavorable weather, we will move the ceremony to an indoor space at the venue. The reception will be indoors which is heated and has a wood-burning fire place for extra warmth!
Oh, and remember, only the bride wears white!
Will there be transportation from the Hotel to Venue?
Yes, we have transportation from the preferred hotels to the venue and 2 returning shuttles. We have notified all guest who expressed interest in the shuttle when RSVPing. If you are interested in taking the shuttle please reach out to Whitney or William.
Do you have a hotel block?
At this time we do not have any rooms blocked at hotels. The preferred hotels and nearby hotels are all within 10 minutes of the venue and range in value and accommodations so guests are welcome to choose any hotel they would like.
