What is the dress code?

Beach Semi-formal Attire: Men: Lightweight or light colored suits, matching separates, dress shirts or polos and dress pants. Ties are optional, but still welcome. Women: an elegant maxi or midi dress, as well as a jumpsuit or dressy separates. Vibrant colors or prints are welcome.

Am I entitled to bring a plus one or children?

If "plus-one/and guest" or the additional guest's (or child's) name is listed on the invitation, then yes. Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation.

Is there parking available?

The Hyatt Centric has a self parking lot with limited availability that can be used for a nightly fee. Valet parking is not available. The resort cannot accommodate oversized vehicles or RVs. There are two electric vehicle charging stations available for a surcharge.

Is the ceremony indoor or outdoor?

Outdoor. Assuming good weather, the ceremony will be held on the dock. If there is rain, the ceremony will be held in an outdoor covered area known as the porch as a back up venue. The reception will be primarily indoor, with a small outdoor area.

Is there a reserved hotel block?

There is a limited hotel block for the wedding party and close family, but not for all wedding guests. The Hyatt Centric does offer rooms outside of the block based on availability. A second room block may be arranged at another hotel based on demand. Please check back for additional updates and refer to the Travel section for alternate accommodation options.

Is there an open bar?

Yes. There will be a cocktail hour from 6:30-7:30PM, and an open bar available during the reception.

What are the transportation options?

Key West has Uber/Lyfts, taxis, and busing available. There is a free shuttle known as the Duval Loop that runs near the resort on Front St and Simonton St. The Hyatt Centric does have its own golf cart rental service with larger 4-6 passenger vehicles available, which is common for people to use getting around Key West. At this time, there is no specific shuttle or transportation designated for the wedding. Please stay tuned for additional updates.
